What is your request about?
- Help with the app: signing in, your account, lessons, exercises. Give the phone number of the account and, if possible, a screenshot of the screen concerned. See also the Help and contact page.
- Personal data: access, correction or deletion of your data. Use the subject "Personal data". You can also delete your account directly from the app. Your rights are described in the privacy policy.
- Report content: a message, a profile or an AI answer that seems illegal or dangerous to you, especially if it concerns a child. Use "Signaler" in the app first when you can, or write with the subject "Report".
- Schools and partnerships: do you run a school or an association and would like the app presented to your students? Use the subject "School".
- Tutors: a question about your account verification or your space? Use the subject "Tutor".
Never send us your password: we will never ask for it.
