Link your account to your child's
You and your child each have your own account. To link them:
- In your space, open the "Enfants" tab and tap "Ajouter un enfant".
- The app shows a six-character code and a QR code, valid for 24 hours. You can copy or share the code.
- Your child enters the code (or scans the QR code) from their profile, under "Lier mon compte parent".
The accounts are then linked. An unused code can be cancelled at any time, and you can remove a child from your space if needed.
Several children, one account
You can link as many children as you need. A banner at the top of the screen shows which child is displayed; one tap switches to another. The choice applies to every page: progress, coach, resources and summary.
Follow your child's week
The home screen of your space sums things up in a few lines: an alert when something needs your attention, the week's news and a one-line summary. If your child has not done anything yet, the app simply says so, without showing misleading good results.
The "Progression" page then details:
- your child's week: points earned, exercises done, time spent and average score;
- progress subject by subject;
- recent activities, which you can filter by day, week or month.
You can also receive a weekly summary instead of a notification for every activity, and keep only important alerts: a difficulty detected or a message from a tutor.
The coach: advice to support your child
The coach in your space answers your questions about your child: how to help them progress this week, what their strengths are, how to encourage them. It relies on your child's activity in the app. An "Orientation" mode also lets you talk about their future studies.
Talk with the tutors
The "Messages" tab gathers your conversations with your children and with the tutors who follow them. You can attach a photo or a PDF. In a conversation with your child, ready-made encouragement messages let you congratulate them in one tap. Each conversation also offers "Signaler ou bloquer" if an exchange seems inappropriate.
Tutors can send you reports on your child's work. You receive them in your messages, where they stay archived.
Resources for families
Under "Plus", the "Ressources" section offers guides and tips for parents: organising homework, preparing for exams, discussing future studies. On this site you will also find our articles on following your child's homework and the 6e to 3e curriculum.
Privacy and account deletion
Your child's information is only visible to the people linked to their account. You can edit your profile from "Paramètres" and delete your account from the app. The consequences of deletion are shown before you confirm. Details are in the privacy policy and on the delete your account page.
